I shopped there recently and agree with the other two reviews, so rude. Maybe it is time to retire if you are that unhappy and if you own the store, time to SELL!!! Geez!

I shopped in this store today looking for the attached Sally ornament. I had already ordered the Dr. Finklestein ornament, which went with this one (considering she's missing an arm and the Dr. Finklestein ornament is holding her arm). Before asking for help, I looked and couldn't find the Sally ornament. Since I was standing near the associate, he asked if I was looking for something so I told him what it was and he rudely said "Well you're gonna have to show me a picture because there's a thousand ornaments and I don't have them all memorized." So I said "Sure, I'll pull it up right now" in a nice voice and as I was looking it up he continued to complain about how he couldn't possibly know what it looks like. So when I showed him, he said he would look for it and I was trying to explain that I did scour the area for it and that I assumed it would be by Dr. Finklestein, because they're related and he looked at me and again, rudely said "Well you know what assuming does, it makes a *hmm* out of you and me" and I tried to explain that the two ornaments are correlated and he cut me off and again said that assuming makes a *hmm* out of me, and he didn't even try to hear what I was saying. He also proceeded to reprimand me for shopping so late when the ornaments come out in July. Meanwhile, I didnt even say that I HAD TO have the ornament or act as if it was urgent, nor did I get upset that I couldnt find it. All I did was ask if they had it. So then he goes to look for the ornament and happens to find it, and it's the last one. He then hands it to me and goes back to the register. To be honest, if I didn't LOVE The Nightmare Before Christmas, I would have handed it back to him and said he was rude and I would have left. Instead I stood there, very upset that he was rude, and I whispered to my boyfriend that I was afraid to pay because of how rude he was. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but I figured that writing a lengthy review would warn people about shopping here. Mind you, my first job was at a Hallmark store. I may have been a snotty teenager at work sometimes, but I was never rude to anybody if they weren't rude to me. I was not rude to him at all. I have spent 8 years working retail, and I would never act the way that man did. DO NOT bother shopping here, unless you want to be treated like crap by the workers! Shame on that man for being a horrible representation of Hallmark!

Ive been one time, the store is small and its packed tight of merchandise.  Prices are kind of high.
