Story

Led by a faculty of internationally recognized experts, the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida was founded to develop future generations of global hospitality and tourism leaders through innovative academic programs, cutting-edge research and strong industry and community partnerships.

Not only is the UCF Rosen College campus the largest, most modern facility ever built for hospitality management education, but its proximity to nearby world-renowned resorts, attractions, and the second-largest convention center in the nation ensures that our students receive unmatched opportunities to learn from the hospitality industry’s top organizations, companies and executives.

By blending traditional education with experiential learning, our students apply their classroom knowledge to an industry setting through multiple paid internship programs. The result leaves students with a resume of invaluable industry experience and a practical education that is desired by the industry's top employers.
