This boutique is somewhere between fantasy and french vogue... the scent of french candles mixed with fashion all from France, it is too darling! The merchandise is a great selection for parties, beachwear, and even casual attire. The prices are reasonable, and be sure to make it for a sale (which are quite regular!), when that dress you had an eye on is now 30% or even 60% marked down. The charm of Roses and Dreams would be nothing without its lovely owner, Valerie, who is your personal stylist for the duration of your visit. While trying on pieces, she told me various ways/outfits I could plan with any given piece. A south beach staple not to miss!
