Heath was amazing!! Worked around the clock to find us the right home & didn't stop there. He made sure everything was going smooth the whole time. He went above & beyond to help us with anything & everything he could to make things easier for us. We have referred Heath to many of our friends. Very satisfied!

Now I am not a multi home owner, this is only my 2nd house I have bought but based on my previous experience I was hesitant even starting the process of buying a new house. The last time it seemed I had to do all the legwork to even find the house and then had to keep following up to make sure it was getting done. With Heath, who I had met at a charity golf tournament, it was completely different. I explained to him my needs, where I wanted to be (close to my son), certain requirements (RV access etc), some dreams (a pool would be nice!) and that I was using my VA loan. I admit, I'm a veteran, so my standards of work ethic are quite high, unfortunately I am not used to seeing that in others so my expectations are usually not met. With Heath I was shocked, almost daily he would call or email just to let me know he was still looking and to just check in. We started looking in May of 2014, I would say that of the homes he sent me, we made offers on 90% of them, they fit my criteria that well! I know I was very picky and stubborn on what I wanted, but the houses were all what I wanted. I don't think we ever looked at a house that wasn't what I had in mind. Unfortunately I was either outbid or some wouldn't work with VA so Heath reminded me to be patient, that the perfect house would come. Just when I thought it wasn't going to happen, 5 months into the search Heath sent me an email  one Thursday morning saying the perfect house had just been listed. Let me tell you he was right, close to my son, large lot, RV access and even a pool! The very next day, Friday we looked at the house and immediately put an offer in.  The process took some time due to multiple contingencies being worked out, but I received an update daily if not more than once a day. Heath continued to personally go out to the house while the seller is clearing the pest report just to make sure the work is being done correctly and provided me with pictures and constant updates. There was not a stone left unturned with his diligence. Heath didn't make me feel like just a client, he has made me feel like family and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone including my family as well.

Heath is an excellent agent.  Very professional and experienced.   Heath really knows his stuff.   He has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with.   We would recommend him to anyone we know and will.
