The prices are good. The problem is the customers. They trash the store. It's pretty much like this at all if them. I feel sorry for the clerks who have to cotinuously straighten everything up all day. I can't imagine what the losses must be from shoplifters. I've seen women put clothes on thier kids and themselves and walk out several times.

I would not recommend going here and purchasing items. we were purchasing our items when the manager Dianna charged us 59.98 3 times and we  and we left empty handed even after we payed. Do not go to Ross unless you want to bye products 3 times  and leave with no items.

Was in at 830pm from a long day at work, a family member was looking at some merchandise, I sat down on an ottoman, made sure it was a sturdy one, not one that would break... Just to be told by an employee from 3-4 aisles over do not sit on the merchandise unless you are going to buy, How rude have the courtesy to come over and bring too my attention facing me in a nice tone, instead of embarrassing me in front of those around there who are shopping. Phoned to speak to a manager after I left, instead of saying I'm sorry, just humor the customer, instead of bringing to my attention, well there's chairs at the front of store. Put up a  sign if you do not want people people to sit. I've seen people much worse and was ever said.... Unacceptable way of addressing a customer !!!!
