If I could give this store a negative rating, I would. Let me start off with saying, this happens to be the filthiest Ross Store I have ever been in and never has any organization. Every time I have visited this location, the store has trash on the floors, the shelves are dirty and the store is never organized. I have visited a number of Ross Stores, and by far this store is on the top of my list of being the worst! Never have I been in a store where there is merchandise, trash or even spills on the floor and the employees do not see fit that it is picked up; rather it is left on the floor. On occasion I have seen the GM Tommy in the store, which further tells me that he himself is not seeing this as an issue because these occurrences are still happening. What is the purpose of being the GM if you are not going to see fit that your store is at it's best and is presentable to your customers. As a previous retail worker and manager, this is very unacceptable and it speaks volumes about the GM, Employees, and makes the Ross Company look bad. I am in hopes that this review is taking seriously and that these concerns are addressed. I would hate to see this store go down due to the lack of leadership and concern.

This is the MOST disorganized store I have ever seen in my life. The racks have tons of B quality clothing and most of the time, the items are not hung where they belong (by department, size, etc) There are items just thrown wherever. Most of their dressing room doors don’t shut and lock and are very dirty throughout the dressing room area. They need someone good at organizing to come in and work their magic on this pitiful store. Their prices have gone up about 30% for B quality clothing. Probably won’t be going back.

Dressing room attendant needs customer service class. Expecially with people who are handicapped. I was using the cart to walk with I went to use the bathroom. He told me I that it would not go in the bathroom. I was going to leave it outside. He was correct in that it was a fire hazard but after pulling my walker out of the cart then comming back he had moved the cart all the way to the fitting room entrance. It could have been left in his area.

First of all I am in a lot of pain. Called the store to ask if they had an item and Lindsey the clerk that answered the phone was so rude to me. She hung up on me 4 times, finally I was told they don't check to see if they have items in the store. Then when I got there I asked a clerk that was on the floor to help me find the item, and she flat out lied and said they don't sell it. Finally a decent young man (wish I had caught his name) helped me find the item. In addition, the store was filthy and everyone seemed to have an attitude. Aweful experience, and especially when your in pain and can barely we walked.

Very understaffed and no sales floor help anywhere. The store was not zoned at all. It looks like a thrift store instead of a sales store. I use to love to shop at Ross but if they don't pick up the pace I will find another store to shop at.
