Where are all the employees?? Great customer service at check out, but no one on the floor to ask questions of. A nice place for a bargain though!!

I went here once, and I got a Calvin Klein sport bra here for 16$ (originally 40$) kinda happy about that. However, during checkout they charged my item twice, and I ended up paying a lot more than I was supposed to. Thank god, I checked the receipt and went to customer service. They were nice about giving my money back.

The employees are very nice but there is a strange vibe in that store. Like you shouldnt touch anything. Made me feel very uncomfortable. When I did talk to employees for help to locate something, and to check out the employees were very,helpful and nice so it's a toss up

Ross has a good line of products from clothes, shoes, handbags, costume jewelry, perfumes, baby needs, household goods. luggage, few small electronics, some furniture, and some snacksat modest prices. Courteous and helpful Staff. Easy check out. Easy return policies.
