Remember that this is a Ross. That being said, I have been to them all over the country. This is one of the better ones. The dressing rooms were new and had tall doors which none of the others I've visited have. I found a pretty good selection, especially for a new store and there were actually enough associates at the register so I didn't have to wait in line forever. The women's shoe selection for 10+ was lacking, but it will grow. Just remember that it's a Ross - not Neiman Marcus. This one definitely gets a thumbs up!

There was an early private opening for the store. It seemed much larger than the Towson store, and VERY well stocked. I bought some nice spring and summer dresses. I was quite pleased with my findings. I went back on opening day with my mother. The store employees were extremely helpful, and friendly as the day before. The store was very crowded, but everyone seemed to be enjoying their shopping experience. We were offered candy while we waited in the long ck-out lines. I will definitely shop there again, because I have more to choose from. Towson has always looked like a bargain basement, that's going out of business (so incredibly empty). It's brighter and more upbeat than the Rt. 40 store. I'm happy the Mondawmin area has this nice new store. I've made recent telephone inquiries to the store, and my opinion hasn't changed. Their staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable on merchandise, and very professional.

I've been calling Ross two weeks straight about a job, the manger John kept telling me to call back every time I called back he says I haven't pulled any applications yet. Call back at the end of the week Remind you I've been calling 2weeks straight. The end of the week comes he tell me he NOT hiring at the time. Very unprofessional & disappointed smh.
