Made a purchase using cash 30.00 and credit card 32.00 and went to return 1 Item for 10.99 and asked to have it back in cash and was told I could not have my money back that it had to go on my card. Then because I was upset the clerk and the manager became nasty. When I asked for the phone number to corporate she said 1800 something rossi I said so you don't know what the numbers are I have to figure it out she said yep. Of course the corporate office was closed because it was Sunday. Will see what happens when I call Monday.

Always had good experience when visiting Rosses. The store well stocked with merchandise and stuff is helpful and courteous.
