They are great on occasion, however sometimes their selections of Inventory tend to be very minimal and unorganized!! It can be a long wait to check out as well because they never have people at the register and there is only one register open when they do ! The staff could be more friendly as well! I love shopping with ROSS however this one is just a mess !!
Sunday morning they’re supposed to be open at 10.. I’m standing outside with my family and so are other customers & it’s ten minutes after. I call to ask if they’re open and the woman I’m speaking to gives me an attitude. we left and went somewhere else. when I was leaving, more customers were knocking on the doors that were still locked
They have a lot to choose from but there staffed a little light. When I needed help with something I couldn't find anyone to help but the girl at the register did get someone to help me find the price I was looking for. Stores are clean and organized. I'd definitely go here again to shop. The prices are excellent!
Just like it’s neighbor Marshalls Ross is amazing for budget shopping since it helps you find amazing products without breaking the bank if you’re looking for clothing or home decoration or just kitchen utensils just a great place to look at since they have amazing prices on amazing items I highly recommend putting this place in your favorite shopping stores list.
I'm traveling to my country so I was looking for some presents and I found all was needing. Excellent price and quality.
Really good store, very organized found some good stuff!
If you're a short type of person they have your size but for me I'm a plus size gentleman and they have nothing for me their shoe line is very minimal
Nice customer service and they have a variety of clothes to choose from. They can do better in the shoe department but overall it's a great place to go to waste time browsing cause you never know what you may find.
I found some things I actually went in there to find. The customer service in this store needs to be improved, greatly. Today, the greeter was actually kind, though. Thank you to her for that
Employees aren't suoer friendly, but the store is clean n well stocked..
