We knew something was wrong with the heating part of our HVAC system, so we made a plan to call a service pro "soon." However, on a Sunday morning, the heat totally stopped, in 35º weather in the winter. We googled to find a company that would come on the weekend without a prior appointment, read the reviews for Ross One Hour and decided to call. The answering service was wonderfully polite and helpful. They gave a price up front for the cost of responding to the call. Then shortly after, Alex S. arrived to save the day!! He quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem, and he had *all* the parts to fix our system in the very large professional truck he was in. He spent extra time with us to ensure that the system was not only working, but that it was safe!! Turns out, our problem was actually super serious and we had called JUST in time. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and wore the protective shoe covers in our home to protect our flooring (an extremely professional touch). He explained everything in detail, and we decided to make Ross One Hour Heat & A/C our permanent service professionals. Alex is a true expert and professional, and we thanked him profusely for his time and talents. He even took pictures of our system to keep on file so they could be referenced for any future service or cleaning purposes. Would recommend this business @ 100%. Thank you Alex & Ross One Hour!!!!!!!

This company charges way too much for the work that needs to be done to your boiler they quoted me a $1,400 job they told me on a $500 job I know this cuz I did the job once before they wanted to charge another $220 which they said was a bargain for a cleaning that's $100 too much they got to stop coming in these nice new trucks and I must say also their people are pretty well dressed I guess that's why they have to charge so much I would never call this company again do not recommend you calling this company because you will definitely bend over taking advantage of the homeowner it's not needed never again I must say one thing on their behalf they were polite but I would be polite if I was going to make that much money

Was told the appointment would be between 12-2. Possibly earlier if a technician became available. I was home all day so I agreed. Tech came over two hours earlier which was better for me. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. The owner even stopped by to check up on the repair and both he and the tech gave me step by step explanation of what was going into the repair. The quick, professional, and personal touch has definitely made me a customer for life!

John Anderson today provided an excellent work performance with quality service when he installed my new Oxy Quantum Coil Scrubber UV-C UVGI Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiation Unit from One Hour.  Again.  Due to his detailed, easy to understanding of mechanical, electrical abilities I have a request that he receives an employee reward or compensation for his super on going technician achievements and customer satisfaction at the highest level of 5 stars ***** I ask for his services always to take care of my Heating and Air Condition needs.

My husband called this company when we suddenly had no heat. The technician that came out told us it would cost 1100 dollars to fix and he’s not sure how long it would take to get the parts. We found this absurd given the fact our furnace is only 5 years old. He left, charged us $211 dollars and our family still had no heat. (It was 10 degrees outside) We got a second opinion the next day. The second person that came out not only had our heat running the first half hour he was there, but also said nothing was wrong with our furnace at all! It was the regulator on the propane tank. Nothing was done to even reimburse us for the wrong diagnosis after my husband called him. To think they would have scammed us out of over 1100 dollars!!! Do your self a favor and find another company.
