Always a great experience at Ross the Boss Oak Ridge!!! The staff is pleasant and accommodating.  Elizabeth Heidle does a marvelous job. She has an amazing sense of style. Whether its a cut for my husband, new style and color for my older daughter or pageant hair for my younger daughter Elizabeth is our "go to" stylist.  She also always knows what products to recommend.  If you are looking for someone who knows her stuff...ask for her....you won't be sorry!!!!!

My experience is always top of the line! Very professional but still a fun environment.. excellent stylists, but the best one hands down is Elizabeth. She's awesome. She is always glad to see her clients and really listens to what I want. I feel like a celebrity when I leave!

Always have a great experience at Ross the boss in oak ridge !!!!! Elizabeth is always smiling helpful and personable! She really had a knack for color and always helps me find the right product for my fine hair!! The staff is always pleasant and helpful and make you feel comfortable! I recommend them to anyone looking  for a fabulous hairdresser!

I love Ross the Boss in Oak Ridge! My stylist (Kalah Pollard) is amazing! Not only is she super sweet and personable, she does a FANTASTIC job coloring and cutting my hair! She goes out of her way to personally get in contact with me with hair ideas, etc. She is honest with questions i have concerning my hair. Also, Liz Rhule is such a sweetheart! Overall great service at Ross the Boss in Oak Ridge. Definitely will be using this salon for years to come!

Elizabeth Heidle is awesome! Very courteous and easy to talk to! Always listens to me and understands what I want! Always helps me find the right stuff for my hair to keep up my style! I would definitely recommend her and Ross the boss of oak ridge!
