Sue and Mark were great to work with.  They are very experienced and knew what to do every step of the way.  Both of these people are very friendly and were available to answer questions any time any day.  We sold our house and bought a new house all within days of Christmas!  They took time out of the busy holiday season to show us houses at last minute, write up the offer, and to help guide us through the whole process. Sue was extremely helpful in my first home purchase. She was flexible when we scheduled home viewings. She did research on all the homes which was helpful during the showings. As first home home buyers, her knowledge of home ownership was extremely helpful for us. When we found our home, she helped to determine a fair offer price and she made sure we fully understood the process from making the offer to securing financing. Sue's husband, Mark, is a mortgage broker, and we worked with him to secure financing. Mark and Sue are a great team to work with and I definitely recommed their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I would strongly recommend Sue and Mark Rossetto. There knowledge is remarkable. They helped me with my unique situation and I could not be happier. Their friendly personalities and knowledge was wonderful. I strongly recommend them for the first time buyers. Lori

My husband and I worked with Sue and her husband Mark to purchase our first home.  We looked at over 30 homes in three months, and Sue was very flexible with her schedule the entire time.  We never felt pressured or rushed and though we hit a lot of speed bumps and had two failed offers, Sue kept us positive.  

Sue's husband, Mark, is a loan officer and he made the entire financial aspect an absolute breeze.  They both answered all of our questions without hesitation and made us feel at ease about the entire process.
  
We loved working with the Rossettos and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Next week will be exactly a year since I purchased my condo with the help of Sue and Mark.  A first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience.  As an individual with a physical disability, and a full time electric wheelchair user, I had specific housing needs.  Sue had a vast knowledge of my needs, and truely appreciated finding a location that meet all of them.  
And Mark...well lets just say he kept me extremely calm during a chaotic unavoidable closing snafu.  During the final few weeks before closing Mark made it a point to contact me regularly with updates and answer every little question I had.   
Sue and Mark are both great all around, personally and professionally, and are highly recommended.
