Jason and the team at Rossi Funeral Home are so wonderful. Someone near and dear to me passed away earlier this year and they helped with all the funeral arrangements. They took care of everything. They were compassionate and kind throughout the process to all of our family and friends, and they continued to help us afterward with additional administrative things we needed to take care of. I can’t thank them enough for helping us through a really tough time and just being great people.

My mom, a long time resident of Scotch Plains, passed away recently. The only place she wanted to be with was Rossi Funeral Home. Their reputation had always been top notch and, from personal experience, they continue this tradition today, also. We were treated kindly and supportively.  No question was too small or too complicated to answer. The arrangements between the church and cemetery went beautifully. We can't thank you enough for your personal touch, Jason and company! highly recommended; great service.

Jason is outstanding at understanding the needs of the bereaved family and catering to them to the best of his ability. The level of dignity we deem appropriate to our own deceased family member is the same observed at this funeral home. They truly go above and beyond their realm of regular services. This is evidenced by the letter I received from the owner informing us of the FEMA Funeral Assistance Program, complete along with the number to reach FEMA and the copies of relevant documents we will need from them for the application. This pre-emptive action is highly appreciated and deserving of a 5 STAR customer service rating. Keep up the good work and you are truly doing God's work.

Fantastic Funeral Home. Not the easiest business to be in but I thought they handled the funeral, viewing, general logistics with the Catholic Church, and all the rest of the particulars in a very professional and respectful manner. Spot on with respecting to times given and were prepared fully for any scenario that arose.  Death unfortunately is a painful fact of everyone's life from family to friends, however it's comforting to know there are Funeral Homes such as this one that goes above and beyond to make such sad events a little less difficult to deal with.

This is nice facility for a funeral.  The staff was very good.

Amazing experience. Jason is great! Very professional and warming !
