The employees seem very nice, but the current state of the facilities is very low. Making a connecting flight?  No cafe.  Expect to go back through security since the departure lounge is separated from arrivals.  Bring cash, the drink machine takes a card, but the snack machines do not.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Ignored us completely while we tried to ask questions about our flight. Told us to go back to the lobby from the Security Check entrance to board the flight and they closed & locked the door & went around the corner to hide and ignore us.

Our flight arrived around 10:45 pm. After retrieiving our luggage and calling the two taxi services in town (one was closed, one had one driver), and exhausting attempts with Uber and Lyft (none in the area) we were informed by airport security that they have to lock the building and we are not allowed to wait inside. We were put out in the cold (26°) to wait for an hour for our taxi to arrive!!! Fortunately, we were waiting with a traveler who knew the area and walkeda 1/2 mile to a fire station to wait inside a doorway. 

Be aware - if you fly in late - they close the airport and you cannot wait inside. They will not make any exceptions, nor will security wait with you.

Don't expect to eat if you're flying out on a Sunday. Still a neat little place to fly into.

This airport is a hidden gem! All the staff were super friendly the airport is clean and offers free parking and wifi. I was checked in and to the gate with in three minutes it's a small airport but I would come here over a huge busy long line airport any day! Your doing it right Roswell!
