Our daughter and son in law went to Kelly at Roth after having a bad experience at a chain jewelry store. Kelly went above and beyond to help the young couple get exactly what they wanted and couldn't have been nicer and more understanding. I would encourage anyone, young, middle age or older to give Roth jewelers a try!! Gorgeous diamonds and excellent service. Thanks again Kelly for making Emilee and Randys wedding day perfect!!!!

A well- establisheď business!! People are very nice and helpful. It is a jewelry store, so prices vary....wow, does it have bling!!!!!

A downtown staple, the customer service experience I had here was first rate. Multiple sales members helped me select a surprise item. One sales staff member went above and beyond -- searching the store's inventory and came up with a new-old-stock ring that had been in the store for decades. It was the perfect item. The store has been an institution in downtown for nearly a century. The people there demonstrated why. Quality products and good customer service and relations are timeless assets customers value.
