star might be stretching it.Tech was nice guy, but payed $250 for 2 hours and my drain is in a worse state than before they came. Can't even flush my toilet without my garage flooding now.Not giving them a second chance at there rates, which I'm sure they would try and tell me are competitive or tell me they need to dig up my backyard at $120 an hour The least they could do is refund my money since they didn't fix anything and actually made my problem worse.

This morning, Josh from Roto-Rooter came out for a scheduled appointment (made two days ago for a non-urgent issue). The office called when he was on the way and I also got an email with his picture so I knew who was coming (fantastic idea!). I had requested assistance with my new-to-me-house-fireplace gas starter line and Josh did a thorough examination to figure out what was happening. Josh was careful and neat and while no one ever wants to call a plumber, I am confident that Roto-Rooter is the right choice for me for all my plumbing needs. (I have had them out once previously and was also very satisfied after work on the bath shower and sink drain!)

Excellent experience! Very professional, kind, and thoughtful service.

Allen, the service tech, did a wonderful job installing our new gas dryer. After the service call, a man [cannot remember his name 🙁] from Roto Rooter called to make sure everything went as smoothly and professionally as possible- WOW! 

After some VERY, VERY bad luck with service providers and contractors in the past,  I am thoroughly impressed and relieved. I highly recommend their service(s) and will continue to use them whenever I have a plumbing issue. If only they installed carpet....😊

Horrible customer service RUDE technician. I had Bobby here 3 weeks ago to fix back up issues. He supposedly fixed the issue, this is the 2nd time I have had an issue since he'd been here, so I called for a secondary visit. The secretary stated all work comes with a 30 day warranty. Bobby gets here with an attitude from the start. He then says his work only comes with a 7 day warranty. When I mentioned the secretary stated a 30 day warranty he rolled his eyes, turned around abruptly and said 'we'll see'. I understand that it is 5:30 on Saturday evening, had he fixed it the first time , he would not be here now. 
First charge was 185.00 now an additional 204.00 ;since he didn't do the tub last time'. Oh and I called at 2 PM when I was told they would be out today, I was additionally charged an Overtime rate since he didn't finish until after 5. I would not suggest Roto-Rooter, I highly regret calling them in the first place.  I will be disputing the charges with management as well as the Better Business Bureau.

We called around 3 the day before Thanksgiving and wanted same day service for a clogged kitchen sink. We had already done everything we knew to do. They called a few hours later and said they were on their way. Brandon showed up and was very professional. He walked us through eveything he was doing since we asked. He had the clogged fix, tested and explained in under an hour. Thank you!
