After a little scheduling mix up, I was given immediate service after a sincere explanation and apology. The technician that came out to the house was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was even educated because I had some odd questions and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing and septic needs!

We have used them 3 times now and we're pleased each time! Everyone is super friendly and prompt in service! They were here within 20 minutes. They were finishing a service when I called and came right over. Really appreciate the outstanding service!

I have used this service many times with no problems.  This time was a disaster. The after hour serviceman refused to go out to my rental citing that a broken shower with non stop running water was not an emergency since the house wasn't flooding. He also wouldn't go since my tennant couldn't tell him exactly what type of faucet it was. I was able to find another plumber who went out and immediately fixed the Moen faucet at a reasonable  cost. I will be using the new plumber from now on.

Excellent customer service and top notch techs!! Wouldn't call anyone else after my experience with them, they have been great start to finish!!

Very happy with my service. All staff were fast, friendly, caring and helpful. Price was reasonable, Allen and the two men that came out we right on top of things. Couldn't ask for better service and will be calling Allen and his crew to come back out in the near future. Thank you DeLand crew.
