Memo was really experienced and did an excellent job of unblocking my drains. He unclogged the drain stack which was full of 5 inch thick grease as well as tidied up nicely after himself. Excellent company. I would ask for Memo personally!

Quick emergency service for a reasonable price. The tech - Alejandro - went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied not only with his service but the longer term solutions he provided for our recurring issue. Would definitely call again in the event of a plumbing issue.

Dear Roto-Rooter  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received in May when you repaired my toilet. After an exorbitant bill, I expected the issue to be fully resolved. Unfortunately, just 12 weeks later, the problem has persisted, and I was told I would be charged for a follow-up service call.  This is unacceptable. I will not be using your services again, and I suggest that you reconsider how you handle recurring issues from recent repairs. Please do not respond with excuses or justifications. I am not interested in hearing further rhetoric. They came when they said they would and did a great job installing a back flow valve. Cleaned up afterwards and provided the paperwork for the city rebate. First class!

I had two companies quote me over 2000 to fix a bad leak in a very old pipe.  The problem was accessing it.  On a lark, I called a very friendly booking lady at Roto Rooter and they sent me out an expert plumber at 9:30 pm the next night.  The fantastic Memo worked like a surgeon and had it fixed in one hour for a fraction of my other quotes.  I was over the moon happy! This problem had been dragging on for almost two weeks, which is a major pain when you only have one bathroom in the house. I really can’t thank Memo enough.  Such a hardworking likeable guy.  You rock Memo!

Our service representative was prompt and polite. In addition to correcting our immediate issue with a pipe connection, he listened carefully to our concerns about moving an outside tap and then explained our options and what could/couldn’t be done. We were extremely pleased with our service and highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing issues.

The Technician was excellent! He was fast, efficient and thorough - old school style work ethic.  Also had a notably great attitude -all smiles and ultra professional.  I am so pleased with the service.  5 stars +++

Called for their service and Neil was at our house within an hour. He was very professional, quick and knew what was needed to fix the sink plug. Highly recommend.

I had a few issues with ground water in the basement, sanitary trap and a leaking waterline to the outside hose bib. One call to Roto-Rooter and they were here within the hour.  They provided great and reliable service. Each repair was fully explained to me and completed on time.  Many thanks to Justin Budway, Nick and his team, and Germaine for jobs well done!

Memo was fantastic. Had a floor drain back up that resulted in a few inches of water in the basement. Called roto-rooter at midnight and was able to get a response in under an hour. Memo was incredibly professional, explained why it was happening and resolved all our issues.
