Adam was on point, arrived same day and cleared my main drain to the street quickly. Previous plumber from Air Design said I didn't have a clean-out access, and had to go in through my roof vent and was more expensive. Adam took the time to dig down to my main drain and search for a clean-out, and low and behold he found that one existed. Used heavy duty auger to scrape it out all the way to the street. $175 if anyone is wondering, seemed like a fair price considering he saved the day.

Got lucky they had opening. Tech was there within an hour. Gave me my options and fixed it quick.  I recommend and will call them first in the future. Really appreciate the outstanding service.

Never ever use these people. Looked at my commode and showerhead.  Was here 30 minutes. Replaced flapper and said what was wrong with showerhead.  Paid $140 For a flapper from Roto-Rooter. $135 For first hour plus flapper.  There were 2 tech's.   So told them I was paying 1 and 1/2 payroll .  Head tech said  no I only charged for 1 person. Guess other tech was working for free.  First time we used about a year ago they were great. Not now. NEVER NEVER EVER WILL DARKEN MY DOOR AGAIN. Have shaken the dust off my feet with them.

Ask for Chase! I was a little nervous because he was younger. I was absolutely incorrect. I had a large commercial loss from storm damage and had RR come out late night, after hours. No complaining, got it done, professionally. I am a nation wide Cat (catastrophe) response team and I deal with plumbers all over. I wish I could fly him to my jobs all over. From emergency first response through the rebuild, did it right THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WHEN THE ENTIRE CITY WAS UNDER WATER!

Took forever to get through to a person, but it was new years eve, so not too upset. Tech showed up when he said he would, was extremely professional and thorough. Charged for less than quoted. Great service even on new years eve. Thanks.
