Update: Problem not fixed, backing up again one day later. Had to clean and disinfect the floors from worker stepping in poop and walking through the house. Used my shopvac to clear the clog which I didn't  think about. Now i have to clean and disinfect my supplies. Now I know better, I am paying for a service and expect them to have the proper supplies and materials to do the work. May update if they come back and fix in a clean manner.

Had a sewer drain back-up causing water and other debris in the basement. Steve came to fix the problem quickly and was friendly and knowledgeable.

Chris is a great guy and very professional.  Roto Rooter is an excellent organization that is fair every time I have used them.  I have a over 100 year old home so the plumbing is trouble every 5 years and they have records for every visit with notes for what should be done next.  Highly recommend based on my experience.

I have only wonderful things to report on the Roto Rooter office that serviced me last week.   I had several clogged drains.  All were fixed.  Additionally, the plumber was timely, personable and courteous,  
I will definite hire them again for any of my plumbing needs,
