Roto Rooter had someone to my home within 2 hours of my call.  I was disappointed to discover that the problem was worse than just a simple clog, but they routed the line in quick fashion and had my kitchen sink back in working condition quickly.  Kyle and his partner were polite, courteous, and respectful.  They showed respect for my home and had the sink and cabinet underneath clean and organized before they left.

Awful customer service.  I scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance and was given a 4 hour time window that the plumber would come in.  The plumber didn't show up until an hour after the scheduled appointment.  The plumber was unable to fix the problem so he called and set up another appointment with another 4 hour time window that they again failed to uphold.   I called to asked what was happening and was hung up on.  All around terrible staff and service.  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, they will not uphold their guarantees and will not solve any of your problems.

Called them and they came to my house in less than half an hour. Their rates were better than others and even though we did not have a service performed, their willingness to work with us was appreciative. Joe was courteous and the free estimate was informative and helpful. Overall they were professional and courteous and are probably the best deal in town. I would recommend them.

The Roto-rooter plumber that came to my home was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained all of the pricing before hand and in detail. He fixed the issue that we were having in a very timely manner. I will use them again for any problems that I may have and would recommend them to family and friends!!!

Roto-rooter came to our house on a Sunday with no extra charge.  Our plumber, Joe, was nice and very helpful.  He quoted us first and we felt no pressure from him.  He gave us recommendations of how to maintain our home plumbing and what products to not use.  I will definitely be calling them again if I have nay problems.
