Too much to write.  Horrible service and after dealing with them all day and night I still do not have water.  I thought going with a brand name would be better but I was wrong

Got a pricing from them.  They wanted $1800 to run a 30 foot straight pipe, I already have the fittings and pipe.  I feel sorry for the people who dont know better.  Ill just do it myself, I didn't wanna crawl under the house and do the work.

I called Roto Rooter of Atlanta and Rahmel and Patrick came to look at my clogged kitchen sink drain. I was amazed of his knowledge and professionalism. Even though I spent more than I wanted he made me feel at ease. The job was done right by a license plumber and I have a warranty. If I have any more plumbing issues I will be calling Roto Rooter and the plumber that I will be requesting is Rahmel

LIARS!!!! They are NOT a 24/7 service as they advertise. Not only that, but they let me think they were coming out to my house for 2 hrs before they called to say they couldn't be get to it until the morning. Very unethical!! Very unprofessional!! They have lost all my respect and business.

We have used Roto-Rooter 3 times now for different issues and we are always pleased with the results. Their website it great for scheduling an appointment and you get a confirmation immediately. The staff has always been professional and courteous...they even make sure their shoes are clean before coming into the house! We will continue to contact them for any issue we have with our plumbing. Thanks Roto-Rooter!!!
