Was having trouble with the bathroom sink.  Robby from RotoRooter came promptly at the time he said he would be there. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He was professional, worked quickly and did an excellent quality job.  He even cleaned up everything after he was done. Cost was exactly what he said it would be. Overall excellent experience.  Would recommend and would use again if needed. Awesome job!

I called with a problem of slow drains and some backup. Had an appointment within 24 hours and Cory and Seth (tech 35 and 49) showed up precisely on time.
Cory was very knowledgeable - just from what I described on his arrival he immediately questioned if we were having more of a septic issue than clogged pipes. He investigated further and narrowed his suspicion to a clogged Septic Pump filter. He tried unsuccessfully but diligently to locate the filter in the back yard. 
I called our septic service and when he came out the following day, sure enough it was the pump filter clogged and dislodged from its resting place (which is why Cory couldn't locate it). 
I wish that my call to set up the appointment might have steered me to checking out the septic system before spending $195 for the Roto-Rooter visit. (thus 4 stars) But I very much appreciated the correct diagnosis. Cory and Seth were both knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.

From the call to make an appointment, through the call back from a plumber less than 10 minutes later, to the actual work I could not have been more pleased with this experience. Since I have moved here to the beautiful state of Vermont - this has been the best "service" experience. AND, if you are so fortunate to have Robbie as your plumber - you have won. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and what is best...non-condescending. Hopefully, I will always get him if I should ever need help again. Extraordinary young man.

Roto- Rooter gave us excellent service. Corey, Tech # 35, and his assistant assessed our sewer pipe and discussed options before proceeding. They fixed the problem and made the repairs that same morning. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Corey Tech 35 came out and scoped our drain line.  Turned out the line looked new.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  Thanks Corey for putting our minds at ease.
