Called for help with a slow drain. Ran into some significant unexpected issues trying to diagnose the issue, then discovered the line had to be replaced...over a weekend, of course. Frank was great arranging everything and Dan was able to get the line replaced on a Sunday morning with minimal disturbance. The personal attention to the problem from both the investigation and the construction crews was great.

When you have a non-working drain/sewer problem most of the time it happens on the weekend, and/or a holiday. This past Father's Day, both the weekend and a holiday, I was treated to a such an experience. The Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Runnemede, NJ do not charge a premium for service on either the weekend or a holiday. I called and they had someone to the house within a very short time. The plumber freed the drain and inspected it with a camera for damage. My drain is the old and undesirable orangeburg material. He told me of the situation with tree roots in the line and the options I should consider. Roto-Rooter has the best experts in the field. They know what's going on and how to fix it. Highly recommended.

“So far, Edgar from your Runnemede branch has been stupendous, extremely knowledgeable and informative. I honestly had my reservations about using Rotor Rooter because of stories I've heard from others but I have to say Edgar might have made me a lifetime customer, you guys need another 200 Edgars in your company. So far great experience, I'm confident the remaining work will be done well and expeditiously. Thanks Guys”

Our kitchen sink became clogged on a Friday evening. We called RotoRooter first thing Saturday morning and they had someone at our house an hour and a half later. We were amazed! The technician, Rick N. (id no. 2841), was great. He had the sink unclogged in no time and gave us instructions and tips for preventing future clogs in the aging pipes of our 1960's house. We thought the repair cost was reasonable, especially in light of the fast service on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend RotoRooter of Runnemede.
