Our sewer backed up and we learned that the cast iron pipe under our slab house needed to be replaced. Our salesman Patrick Fitzpatrick was nothing but great. the excavation crew stayed until 8.30 at night digging the tunnels under our house to be able to replace the cast iron plumbing system the next day. Those guys are the best. cleaned up better than most construction crews. poured  the new cement like it was second nature to them. Just a great  job all the way around. If you need to replace your cast iron plumbing system. I would call and ask for Patrick Fitzpatrick and you cannot go wrong and will be impressed with the quality of workmanship and the quick job that was completed

Roto-Rooter did a great job,  toilet blockage took three visits and wound up with a camera - sewer auger after removing toilet.  Line cleared after a significant amount of work. All three workers were knowledgeable and communicative.  Specially helpful was Jeff Slater, who did the final camera - auger work.

Service technician Harry Mason was amazing! My kitchen sink was clogged over 50 feet and needed to be snaked. He quickly serviced and unclogged it with a great attitude despite having to lug the heavy equipment up and down stairs. His customer service and effectiveness was a great first experience for me with Rotorooter! I will DEFINITELY be calling again for my next plumbing needs!

I had a plumber from River Parish total maintenance come out and do the job first. They did a poor job so I called out Roto-Rooter. My technicians name is Ronald number 220. He did a job that I consider to be 110%. Going over another person's work and trying to find what they did wrong was exactly what he did. He explain the problem to me, gave me an estimate, and came out the very next day and did a perfect job. He explained to me what my problem was and made sure I understood the problem and the solution.  GREAT JOB and I am very satisfied.
