Roto-Rooter is a great company to have work for you. Fast, efficient, honest. They came out fast, reviewed our problem, and we followed their recommendations. They found a severe blockage, and were out quickly to replace the pipe from our house to the septic system. Everyone we dealt with from the technicians to the office staff was friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend them!

Mike was AMAZING for failed sump pump! He arrived within 2 hours of an emergent call after 3" water found in basement. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the sump replaced in 1 hour flat. He cleaned the area, provided future recommendations and even offered to come back and do the upgrades. Thanks, Mike! I will ALWAYS call Roto-Rooter in the future.

I called for an appointment and 2.5 hours later the plumber showed up. He was very polite and introduced himself and went to work. After completion, he took the time to make sure he did not leave a mess. The only thing I was a little surprised about was the cost for a short visit. Other than that, I would recommend Roto-Rooter to others.

They had a plumber at my door in under an hour. He was fast, thorough, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend their service to anyone that's in need of an emergency plumber. Will definitely call again if I need future service. Service was for backed up sewage line. Great work!
