Greg came. We told him he wouldn't get paid until he fixed the problem. Said he wanted to be paid even if problem not fixed! We told him to hit the road! Not a good company!!!!!!!!

Great response time. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and checked in and out upon arrival and competition of work.

After calling the local plumbers and giving them 24 hours to respond i called Roto-Rooter. It was late in the day but around 3 hours after i called Roto-Rooter had a Tec at my door. He was nice and polite and had the job done in a short hour. The cell service at my house is not the best. So he could not accept my card. Roto-Rooter was nice enough to accept my out of town check. I like to shop local when i can. I was not able to do that because none of the local plumbers ever called me back. I am satisfied knowing i helped a local earn a paycheck. Thank you Roto-Rooter. After a hard days work that shower sure felt good.

Customer Service was right on target. We had a Sunday situation and the young lady that answered the phone was helpful and told me right when Greg would be arriving. Greg himself was very nice and helpful. He was able to fix our problem quickly and advise us on what to do to keep it from happening again. Great job!

We had an issue with a clogged sewer line, it was very late in the evening when i called Roto Rooter, the immediately put a call in to the plumbers on 24 hr call. Within 45 mintues, a plumber named Bill called. He was willing to come to our house late in the evening to fix the issue. Bill was respectful, very helpful, and very nice. We highly recommend Roto Rooter Plumbing!
