was off to an awful start with a backed up sewer line and its contents taking hold of my basement.   On New Year's Day morning, Anthony from RR Plumbing arrived in less than 2 hours from the time of my call. HIs work was clean and professional. He took care of the mess, was personable and reassuring. I am so pleased; and highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Anthony (#3431).

Anytime we’ve had to call them for service they took care of the issue usually within a few hours.  Fast, professional service.  Would highly recommend.

The two gentlemen whom came to our house literally saved us from a disastrous winter. They immediately diagnosed the problem only to discover the trap had clogged and frozen at the site. They worked hard and freed it so we would not lose plumbing till the next thaw. We had just returned from Holiday to freezing temps and I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to get service immediately. Roto Rooter sent a crew in a few hours. I am forever indebted and will always recommend Roto Rooter. In addition, it was not expensive.

It took 3 technicians and 3 visits but this team did not give up to get the job done. After seeing the hard work everyone put into the job I did not mind that they came after the estimated time provided. They don't leave until the job is done and I will happily wait an extra hour knowing I will receive the same attention. Tony (#2430) in the Jetting truck brought it home by clearing the tree roots the snake could not get to. Russ (#693) did an admirable job attempting to snake out the drain with Rory. I like the warm hand off that occurred where Russ explained the details of what he had seen to Tony so that he was up to speed by the time he got here. Another nice point was the water hook-up...it was late and Tony had to be in early the next day. He hooked into my tap outside to make sure he had enough water. When the job was done and I got a head start on cleaning the basement floor, Tony disconnected his hose and RECONNECTED mine! It sounds like a small point (and it is) but that shows awareness and dedication. I was very impressed. I used RR for the first time when my regular guy was not available. I recommend this Mamaroneck office with confidence.

The tech was extremely knowledgable and was determined to fix this issue and bring it up to brand new condition. VERY happy with the work ethic and results. I also appreciate RR keeping me up to date on arrival time.
