Franklin, the technician, came to our house in the evening to address our issue.  He was professional and knowledgeable.  What I thought was one issue was actually three separate problems and he fixed them all.  He even gave us tips on how to prevent it from happening again in the future.  I was very pleased with our experience.

Work was done in a professional manner and everything works now. They had to special order a part, but let us know when it was ready and scheduled quickly to come and install it. It seemed a bit expensive, but everything went smoothly. Thanks!
