Gilbert and Tony were great! When they arrived, my entire house was on shutdown and everything was backed up. They took one look and told me what the problem was. My main drain pipe was clogged! They were very professional, Efficient and offered detailed description of everything they did. They fixed my problem and even cleaned after themselves! I am one happy customer. Feels good to have everything working properly again.  Thanks guys.

I don't tend to write many reviews.  We had a major sink blockage that went into the tub. This was on Columbus Day weekend on a Sunday Roto-Rooter took a little while to get to use but they still did. I was thinking because it was 9 at night the tech would be extremely unhappy to have to come here. This was far from what I found.  When Ron number 5592 showed up my wife and I were pleasantly surprised on how nice his demeanor was.  He took a quick look came back and fixed it and was extremely personable. The price was a little high but it was an emergency. If I could give Ronnie more stars I would. thank you.

My bathroom sink had a slice in a flexible tube and we could not get the old one off. Bill (3462) and Frank (3614)  came and put a new pvc connector on, but the water was not draining properly, so they cleared the drain and now everything is working great. they both were awesome. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful and explained everything they were doing. I was very happy with this service and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone. ********** 10 stars.

After much ado and many phone calls, I was greeted with not only a pleasant and professional voice but was able to get an appointment.  Too many other independents were just not calling back.Joe was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a hard worker.  Everything was reviewed and explained prior to any work being accomplished.  Once started the work was done promptly and done well.

Elie the technician arrived when promised,  he promptly introduced himself and gave me the price and details as soon as he diagnosed the problem.  He was very polite and very good,  he tackled the job right away and was very thorough.  He explained what was wrong during his process and completed the job quickly.  I would highly recommend him and his company!!
