Jenner arrived on time and was one of the most professional, courteous and patient people I've met. He took the time to listen to me, then calmed me down and explained step by step how he would assess the situation and determine the best solution. He gave me time all along to make decisions and presented no pressure to sell me something I didn't need. Jenner' work was efficient and effective. I thank him for his work and pleasant personality.

My experience happened at midnight with Claudio #4540. He was polite, professional, educated, worked diligently, cleaned up when job was completed, and smiled. I appreciated his hard work to fix the problem and good attitude. I would recommended this business to family and friends!

This was one of the very best experiences I have had. When I called on Saturday, the phone was immediately answered by a person who was able to take the information on the problem I was experiencing. He gave me a window of time that I could expect a technician to arrive. About 20 minuets before that time I got a call from the company explaining that there would be a slight delay because the technician had an unexpected problem which arose at the home before me. Shortly, the company called to say he was on his way. This alone alleviated some anxiety. When Peter arrived he assessed the problem in my basement with water filling up the sink and we couldn't flush any of the toilets upstairs. He was friendly and understanding. He got his equipment to the basement and began working. He suggested why the problem had occurred and gave us a solution to try! Everything was connected and all tools put away. From the bottom of my heart - I thank Peter and Roto-Rooter. I will never use anyone else.

Total scam artists! These have to be fake reviews. Look at the disparity between Yelp and Google reviews. Roto Rooter installed a new sump pump in my basement, it flooded a week later. Interesting coincidence? Never had a drop of water in all my years living in my home. I elect, I know, should have learned my lesson and used Roto Rooter to clean up the mess. I was told on 5-10 different instances that they would handle everything with my insurance and cover my deductible. Well, guess what? They wouldn't pay the deductible as they promised essentially yelling at me and calling me a liar. Nice way to do business. Funny enough, my neighbors basement recently had an issue and they called Roto Rooter. They also said they were given the same deductible story. The best part, I was never ever given a written estimate until AFTER the work was performed. Its like they prey on you at your time of weakness. Job well done.
