The best plumbing company I have ever used. I call them in the morning for an appointment, and came the same day. As I called another company before, and they wanted me to wait a week and one day. 

Then at the time frame of the appointment they call me three minutes after it started. Asked me if someone can come now. Was there within 10-15 minutes. He did a very professional, and good job. 

This is how companies need to base their professionalism, and how they do their work. Because most companies for any type of home service, does not act like this. I will be definitely using them for all my plumbing needs, from now on.

Our scheduled time of service was 8:00am - 12:00pm.  We were contacted before 12:00pm to advise our technician was delayed due to previous appointment.  We were kept informed of his status on a timely basis and were called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to advise he was on his way. Our Service Tech Luis (#4478) was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  He listened to our explanation of the problems, inspected them, made recommendations and informed us of the estimated repair costs.  He completed the job sooner then expected, leaving all areas of repair neat and clean, detailed the work completed and informed us of the guarantee.  We wouldn't hesitate to call Luis/Roto-Rooter again for help, and will be recommending them to family and friends.

if i could put none stars i would... they came to my home to give me an estimate on a re-installation in my home, he had to put the sink and toilet back to where they were originally, i have recently change my floor and they had to be put back... the guy wanted to charge me 2,500$ for 2 to 3 hours of work.... 
He left my home and I call three different companies and they all gave me a estimate from under 400$.....thief

Horrible service. I had the plumber scheduled to come Sunday between 1-4pm. At 6pm I get a call saying the plumber is bust until midnight! Reschedule for the next day and it's a no show. Called a competitor 9pm last night; they came in the morning and fixed the issues, no problems.

Tech #2437, Ronny did an outstanding job fixing my clogged kitchen sink. He was not only professional, but took his time to do a good job. He is definitely a 5 star!!
