So we have Rotorooter do the routine maitanace for the main sewage pipe every 6 months

The hourly cost of 262.00 is almost silly, but when you are stuck,what can you do.I had problems, tried to work out a discount for my 5 hrs of missed work, Chris is ok, but that Mike the manager is a BULLY.  I am going to get a $50.00 credit per the two of them, 2 days later and haven't seen it...try at your own risk

After 2 other plumbers couldn't fix the problem, Arnulfo Huerta saved the day when our show room toilet kept backing up. Roto-Rooter had a snake long enough to find and fix the problem, when another plumber told us it must be a "soft clog."  It wasn't.  And Arnulfo took the extra time and effort to problem solve the right way.  Thank you Arnulfo.

The technician who came out to our house was fabulous. We have an issue with roots that get into our sewer system about once a year, and Roto Rooter has always dealt with us professionally and with great courtesy. They get the job done and have a 6 month guarantee. I have used other services in the past and none are as good for what we need done.  I recommend them!
