Very happy with excellent work.  Service Technician, Angel #3488,  was very efficient and knowledgeable.  He had to break into our kitchen wall to replace pipe.  He performed the work carefully not to create a bigger hole than necessary to complete the job.  Explained everything to us before each step.  Definitely will use Roto-Rooter again for future needs.

Ronny #2437 was prompt, polite, professional and efficient. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and then worked quickly to solve my issues. I was very happy with the whole process.

Luis Damian  #4478, provided excellent service and he was very thorough in completing the job.  Number one, he was clear with an estimate upfront. Number two, he went to get a couple of items that I did not have to complete the installation of my sink/vanity.  And finally he took the the time to make sure the work was done with attention to detail so the end result  looks great.

The service rep for Roto-Rooter came to the house as promised and did a great job and gave great advise on preventative maintenance. I would highly recommend this company as I have in the past as they are reliable and professional.
