A hidden gem in the rouge! I've been to many physio clinics throughout my years and I found Ali at Rouge Health Solutions to be one of the most comprehensive and professional therapist I've met. Great staff, always on time and good to know you have an awesome clinic in Scarborough.

I really love and am so satisfied with their services😊 I had my massage therapy before with Bob and it really helped me alot specially with my work as an elderly caregiver. Then i also tried chiropractic with Erika and again two thumbs up.👍🏻👍🏻 Everyone are so nice and professional and it's really worth every penny. I don't have any insurance but its all worth it because they really made me feel so better...almost over with terrible back pain and bad posture 😊😄 thanks Rouge health solutions and staff 😊👍🏻 More power & God bless! 😊🙏🏻

Everyone at Rouge Valley Health Solutions are caring, kind, friendly and experts in their field. They all provide detailed explanations about anything they are doing and will work together to form a treatment plan for you. Their facility is warm, welcoming and clean. I have been treated by Ali (Physiotherapy and Acupuncture) mostly and also Bob (Massage Therapy). They never recommended anything unnecessary and are truly happy to see you healed and not requiring their treatments anymore. That is their goal! Ali, along with Bob helped heal my husband’s shoulder when he after a bad fall and Ali was able to help my mother-in-law get relief from her sciatica in the first treatment! Erika (Chiropractor) has helped my husband with his back problems. For myself, Ali has been my healer for a very long time. I developed a chronic tendonitis in my L jaw (TMJ) where my jaw would feel put of place and he was able to come up with a plan which actually worked within 3 weeks. Then, unfortunately, I sustained an injury at work being kicked in the face which dislocated my jaw on both sides and I sustained a bad whiplash injury. I was having painful spasms to my jaw on both sides and I was unable to chew and had difficulty talking. I had severe pain in my neck, upper back and shoulders. Ali has been helped me so much with my pain and injuries and I truly can say that if it wasn’t for him, I would not be where I am today in my recovery. I really do recommend Ali and everyone at Rouge Health Solutions. Truly outstanding care.
