Never had such a bad experience in any arcade games. The security sucks!! He asked us not to have outside food in the gaming area and we went downstairs and finished our food. When we came back upstairs, he told us very rudely that we have to finish our food outside of the building!! And as we did not follow, don't get in the gaming area! He was absolutely rude! I can understand if you ask me in a friendly manner, but definitely not that rude! Suck man. Will never come back.

Staff could show more enthusiasm in their work. Instead most of them show customer like they dont want to work. Customer service based is making all feel like home and warm welcoming. Some manager guy came really aggressive at me and a friend who was playing pool. Nasty attitude. Only reason i go back is my wife and her friends like to play the claw machines...i wouldn't waste my money on this company even if it reach out to me. First impression is everything when it come to business.

Great place for a group of friends or a couple. Wait Time for bowling can be a bit long. They also don’t serve alcohol and if you’re buying beer for more than one person everyone has to show ID. They close the food down at 12am even though the place doesn’t close until 2am. Should change the kitchen hours and the alcohol rules. I think it would be a lot more fun for the adults if we didn’t have underage rules!

This place was nice to go and hangout a bit before heading back to my hotel. It becomes 21 and up after 12am and closes at 2am. If you have a minor with you the adult with them has to be 25 up. The last call is a bit early and the kitchen closes too early without warning, around 1230. But with the minor having to leave at 12am it be ok as alot quieter and more adult friendly.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great place to go and have fun. I love the arcade and everyone loves bowling. But their staff is AWFUL. No one knows what they're doing, no one wants to help you, etc. There were people in a lane next to ours being totally reckless while bowling, literally throwing the balls onto the lane as if they WANTED to break something and throwing balls down the lane when the little gate was down so they would hit it. Of course this didn't disturb our fun, but I thought I'd be helpful and tell someone working there so they could stop them before something broke. I went over to the food counter because that was they only staff I could find that wasn't doing something atm but I was totally ignored, so I stoped a staff member as they were walking, they just started walking faster and when I did tell them what was going on they told me to tell a manager. As if I knew where a manager was! Anyway, they need to work harder on customer service. That is all.
