I too have had problems with getting estimates and ETAs by phone. You need to either train your phone people or replace them. I thought the person who came out to measure (after about 2 weeks of phone calls not returned or promised to return but never did) was fantastic. And now its going on 3 phone calls to try to find out if the windows are in and when I might expect an install. Its not the quality of technicians, it is the lack of basic customer service that is creating these problems.

Great installations. If you want good technicians, just be patient with the bad/non existent phone customer service.

We have been very happy with Round tree glass.
Round tree glass has replaced/upgraded a number of windows in our units over the years.
They have skilled workers who did an excellent job putting in the windows.
We have done business with them  for the past 8 years or so and are the only company we call.Sometimes they are busy , but have always got the job done when we needed it.

Over a period of 3 weeks I tried, very politely, to get a very basic quote for a single piece of glass.  Four times I called and I never got a quote or a call back. It was unbelieveable! The 5th and last time I called and i was left on hold. When i called back, he said he had 3 people at the counter and would call me back. I hung up completely disgusted.  Don't give this guy your business, he doesn't want to be bothered unless its a huge project.
