I'm sure this is a good hangout for teens but it's way too noisy and a money trap.  Games eatvup your card tokens so you're constantly refilling it.  It's open late which is a plus if you just want to hangout late and no where else to go.  It's in the mall so that's convenient

It's a nice place to go. $50 usually buys my girlfriend and I enough points to play games. It's nice that the tickets are all stored on your card, but the prizes are usually pretty expensive so we never actually spend our tickets. There's tons of games from rhythm games, to prize games, fighting games, and standard arcade games like racing, air hockey, and Pac-Man. 

The food is decent, but I generally just stick with drinks which can be refilled. Bowling is fun. I like going at night when they have the black lights on. Overall it's a good place to take the family, or a great place for a date.

I love this place!! Like it better then dave and busters, I be bringing my liquor in here and drinkin while I play the games and it's fun and they have alot of games too and the bowling was fun too.

My 8yr boy and I lol 😂 had a tons of fun,it was first time coming here so probably won't be the last one 😋!

TL;DR  
A trip here can be very hit or miss
Lack of true "service" but sometimes there are actual employees
I ONLY play the rhythm and fighting games.
Never bought food, so I cant provide info on the quality.
Never rented/bought rounds of bowling,billiards,karaoke or table tennis.

For starters, I have gone around 10-15 times in the month of May and June ALONE this year. With only about 2 bad experiences (both coincidentally on weekends). While most of my time is spent on DDR Ace, should the machine be needed by others or my friend wants to play something else, I would play SDVXIII, Groove Coaster, Museca, or a fighter. Here is the problem with my personal experiences with those games:

SDVXIII- The machine closest to the pump it up machines has ALWAYS (since I've gone) had a sticky R (right/red) knob.
The L (blue/left) knob has always been loose

Museca- No real complaints except that I did overhear and see someone have a problem with the bottom right pad, but it was fixed within 1-2 hours.

Groove Coaster- The machine closest to DDR Ace has a slightly pushed in right pad (it works fine, it just does not give the satisfying "click" noise as the others)
The machine closest to the "Swarm" game has the same problem.
Using an IC (nesICa) card results in overly long load times.

DDR Ace- (Partly my fault I guess) All 8 pads are starting to wear, as in, lightly tapping your foot on the pads will SOMETIMES not register.

The Fighters (BBCF/CPE, Tekken)- This is the biggest hit or miss when it comes to games as many times (almost every time i have used the machines) has one of the buttons not worked, while normally LP/A/D/jab is the offender, I have always notified someone and within 5-10 minutes someone stopped by, kicked me off, fixed the button and offered a refund on credits (but the refund wasn't always offered).

Pump it up - 2 of the 3 machines have a screen issue wherein the top is dimmed (plethora of causes so I cant say for certain) making it overly difficult for players to play, especially newcomers

Edit 1: As of The 2nd of August 2017 the problem with pump it up fiesta has been fixed.
I have experimented and found 4 games with 100% sound failure; ghost busters, infinity blade, gunslinger stratos and and game directly opposite of gunslinger stratos (i quit playing due to the lack of sound so i didnt catch the name)
I have had customer service FAIL to return my stolen item (which since i had a custom decal on my IC card it was easy to prove them wrong) until I called them out showing my custom decal and then noticing it over the counter.
The problem on groove coaster has been resolved.
The problem on SDVXIII has been resolved.
A problem on gitadora drum mania is not been resolved since release.

Edit 2: As of the 22nd of August 2017, the problem with the right knob on SDVXIII (Sound Voltex) has been fixed
Crossbeats (both machines) have headphone sound problems.
The museca machines seems to be wearing down or someone has spilt cola as the buttons arent as responsive as before

Edit 3: As of the 19th of march 2018, been awhile i know, problems have come and gone. 
Museca- machine on the left closest to the mario and sonic olympic games; the upper left note is almost entirely unresponsive to presses, spins are fine though.
DDR- pads are being cleaned with a very abrasive cleaner and is resulting in a very slick pad; while i can adapt to it after noticing it, it can catch you off guard. Speakers are starting to wear and have very audible cracks in audio. 
PIU- all machines appear to be fine, however i swear 2 of them have their audio reduced or blown speakers.
Groove coaster: I dont know where to start. They either dont make money off it, or are shipping them to sister locations because they started with 4 machines and are down to 2. And those 2 have 2 heavily worn pads. 
Taiko no tatsujin - someone could steal the sticks; the strings broke
Gitadora drum maniacs: The wire strap is uncomfortable and still crashes if you hover gravitron
