They insisted on charging me full price ($15 )for my 4 year old to play in the kids play zone even though there was only 20 minutes left until they close the play zone. I asked for a manager, she also informed me that there was nothing they could do and that was there policy. I asked if there was a number I could call and talk to customer service. I was informed by the manager that Round 1 does not have a customer service department. There are round ones all across the country and you don’t have a customer service department?! My kids love this place but I am disappointed and inclined to bring them elsewhere next time. Either I was lied to or you plainly don’t care about customers service.

It was my first time visiting. We took our 3 kids aged 2, 6 and 8. We had a blast. So much to do. We spent most of our time in the huge play zone area. It is closed off from the rest of the arcade so it keeps the kids contained. After burning energy my hubby took the older 2 to play games. They had a ton to choose from for all ages and many themes. We spent 3 hours there.. we didnt even play half the games or check out the bowling lanes. We did get drinks and it was nice that they had free refills. We saw huge tv screens over the bowling alley.  It was a fun night.

Good for kids and only kids. They are really strict about there drinking rules there and all they serve is beer and wine. This is definitely not a place to go to meet with friends and drink socially.

I only come here to play pool with my friends. The tables are new, Brunswick tournament tables. The only downside is that they don't take very good care of them. Two or three are out of service with broken ball return tracks underneath. The staff aren't trained well on how to clean them with the brushes and I've seen a staff member spray water from a spray bottle onto the cloth to remove a chalk mark. Unacceptable.

The house cues are warped more often than not but the balls are cleaned and kept up to par well enough. Bring your own cues if you're that kind of player.

Come from 10AM-4PM Monday through Friday for $6 an hour for table, otherwise it's $10-14 which, if you play pool you'll know, is a little steep.

There's a full bar and they sell beer. Nice casual place to shoot around with some friends. Don't expect any competition.

The claw games to get the stuffed animals went from 4 credits, to 6 credits, to now 8 credits..... each machine costs so much money now that multiple swipes is going to cost you $20 when you could have just bought the stuffed toy for that much or cheaper off of Amazon. If they kept it at 4 to 6 credits it would be worth playing but not for 8 to 10 credits.
