This has improved well. They got the maintence right and it feels great going there.  The place feels like an actual arcade with import games. While there is that problem of waiting too long  to a swipe your card to continue a game when you have 10 seconds and some buttons on the games are a little sticky.  The place is pretty good overall.

It’s a nice clean place but in my opinion it’s not worth the money. Most games are 6-8 coins so once your kid swipes the game card a few times your reloading it. 6 wings and drink cost me about $11 and a mikes hard lemonade cost me $5. A great place to shoot pool $10 get you an hour. I didn’t see any games out of order as I see many reviews say they usually are.

I like Round Ome. I like the atmosphere. 
TVs everywhere for you to enjoy your favorite game. Good selection of beer and other beverages. I think they're really trying to improve on all areas. I think they should be given the opportunity to do so. Lots of games and really good games. I think they will have good success here in the Stonecrest Mall.

Morris the manager is the worst! Took 4 kids to the Stonecrest Round 1 on October 6, 2017 and rented ping pong and karaoke at 3:45. Cashier said nothing about prices more than doubling after 4pm and if you checkout after 4pm, that's the price you're stuck paying. My kids played ping pong for about 30 minutes and turned in equipment to cashier who did NOT turn off the timer and kept charging us. When turning in equipment for karaoke (around 6:10pm), the cashier admitted that we were overcharged for ping pong. Morris, a manager, came over and that's when drama started. He said he can't prove that we turned in ping pong equipment early. I told him to check the many cameras watching this area. He refused and said he will just charge us for 1 hour. I said that's unfair since they didn't play for an hour. He then THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY IN FRONT OF MY KIDS to make me pay!! Never had anything close like this happen before. I told him he should waive the fee since it was his employee that messed up by not checking in the equipment properly and because of his poor customer service skills causing such a bad experience. He kept insisting I pay a fee that he came up with. I asked for another manager. I told that manager that this was the 2nd time we were here this week plus I've spent hundreds of dollars since opening less than a year ago. This manager was professional, understanding, and apologetic for the way Morris handled the situation.

This is an incredibly well-managed entertainment complex. Billiards, darts, arcade, and karaoke rooms! Alcohol and late hours(2AM)! Bowling! Well done.
