Rousseau Plumbing and Heating is the best most friendly plumbing company around. They explain everything in ways that are easy to understand, do great work, respond very quickly, and are very reasonable with their pricing.  During the freezing cold weather, we had a frozen pipe. Rousseau talked my husband through what to do for a half hour. And tonight we had an issue with our faucet and Jarrett came without hesitation at 7:00pm to help.  He never makes you feel like you are bothering him or a problem, and all of the guys are great.  I highly recommend calling Rousseau for any plumbing needs.

Rousseau plumbing is amazing. Jarrett called me first thing in the morning to get more details on the work request. He gave me a two-hour time frame to expect the techs to arrive, and when, understandably, the previous job went a little longer, he gave a prompt update. The techs were absolutely amazing. Diagnosed the problem right away with leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. They were friendly but went straight to work and cleaned up as they went along. Price was more than fair, considering I had great peace of mind that the problem was completely fixed. Extremely hard to find this kind of service and quality workmanship these days. Thank you!!

Tech came when scheduled, knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the leak, and got it done in under an hour! Fantastic workmanship and service.

Love, love love the guy you sent to my house.  I think his name is Marshall.  He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, mentored his assistant and even made a drawing for my 3 year old grandson!  I've used this company more than once and would not hesitate to call again.
