People say you make two major purchases in your life, your house and your car. My experience with this dealership was unmatched by any other. The operations manager personally assisted me to make sure I got the best possible deal on my purchase. Very low financing but that varies based on your credit. Hands down excellent service and friendly staff.

From the moment I started to move forward in this car purchase I felt used and not taken seriously as a women ,human or someone that has been in the auto industry for 10 plus years! First started when I felt rushed to come up with a down payment to come in and see the vehicle as they are 45 minutes away from my house. Then I felt rushed in the finance office once we got there.  I specifically went in and asked about collection of sales tax as they are in another state then mine. I know there base tax is lower then indiana . I made sure I was to have NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES.  I was told that they are reciprocal states and that I would not have to worry about any of that . Well to my surprise at the BMV  IT WAS NOT taken care of and I still owed more money in taxes . Misinformation is all the excuse I got from the office . 
I was also told that I would be able to get a free oil change from them ,as the car i bought was at 7% oil life remianing when I picked it up , but as they are not open on Saturdays and wanted me there during the work week in the middle of the day that wasnt going to work . I felt rushed and not taken seriously this whole car deal .
