Marc is the owner of the shop and he is a great guy.  He realizes that these cars cost a lot of money to maintain so he always gives you options based on your budget.  He's a certified technician where he spent years working for Cole European.  When I moved from Chicago the dealer Howard Orloff totally took me for $1k, had I gone to Marc I would have been a quarter of that I am sure.
