Reviews

This dentistry will accept your insurance without letting you know that they are an outside provider. They will give you a payment plan in which the costs seem decent, in regards to the patient responsibility costs. Month later you will find out that your insurance will not cover almost 90% of the costs, simply because you’re out of network and this dentistry has high costs for services compared to other dental providers.

As of today, I had to pay almost $900 because it was a cost that had gone into collections because that’s what my insurance had to pay. According to their payment plan that was NOT accurate! Instead of going after my insurance company, as their patient/client, their main focus was me. 

I spent $4,000 just in this dentistry alone in out of pocket costs. My insurance only payed about $1,000 in costs. 

I recommend going to a dental service provider that doesn’t have a lot of advertisements around. That’s how you will know they are the most honest ones around, because they’re the ones who don’t spend your hard earned money on advertisements! 

As for this dentistry, you’ll never see me step in your doors again.

This is a great Dentist office. The staff is great and the doctors too. My wife and two kids all come here, we have never had any problems and the wait time has always been 10 minutes or less in fact we have always been seen at our appointed time except once. Dr.Bills and Dr.Wright have been excellent as for Dr.Rowan I have never had the pleasure of him working on me but seems to be a good guy from the small talks I have had with him. We feel at home with this office and the sweet and friendly staff especially the phone lady.

They treat you like a just another number. The dentist came in without even speaking just said send her to a oral surgeon .  I mean waiting 2 hours You would think i could of gotten a hello.. Places like this are about how many patients they can see not the Patient.

I was on vacation visiting my family an this office aceppted me to come in an took care of me not only did they pull the tooth but the staff was so kind I'm a very satisfied customer an will be back I live in meridian ms they told me to come on in even in the spare moment I'm thankful to this clinic an would recommend them to anybody it was a lady dentist who took care of me an a Korean lady who assisted her I just want to say thank you guys I'm forever grateful
