Story

Rowe & Walton PC concentrates on estate and wealth planning and protection devices. The firm’s major emphasis for nearly 50 years now has been in public awareness and education about the legal alternatives in passing wealth to our loved ones for the least amount of cost and time, while ensuring privacy.

Robyn Rowe Walton is the firm’s managing attorney and resident tax advisor. Ms. Walton provides estate planning seminars on alternatives to probate, capital gains taxes and inheritance tax and the virtues of revocable living trust. Robyn’s forte is to take complex situations with no apparent resolution and create workable and comfortable solutions. Robyn also handles business entity creations and balances tax issues with legal issues.
