Dr. Rowen and his team consistently make me feel comfortable and welcome. I've been seeing dr. Rowen for as long as I can remember - and he really takes the time to help you understand what's going on in your mouth, and how to prevent bad stuff from developing. I would highly recommend Rowen Dentistry to anyone looking to take care of their mouth.

Changing dentists after years is traumatic. You never know if the new doctor will "fit." SO glad I was referred to Dr. Rowan. I think he is probably the best dentist of all my 60 years. The staff are great and the office is remarkable. It doesn't feel like a "dentist's office." Dr. Rowan has a larger than life personality and it reflects in every aspect of his practice. Most importantly, the doctor spent more time getting to know me and my dental history than any dentist prior. The thoroughness of the intake was very reassuring. No new "surprises" from a new dentist and I left feeling that I am now in the most competent care I could ever hope to find. And I love the music!

Dr. Rowan and his staff are one of a kind in patient care. I was referred to him by a physician that I work for and the kindness bestowed upon me by Dr. Rowan that day will not soon be forgotten. As an employee in the medical field myself, I have witnessed patients being treated like a giant dollar sign rather than as a human being. I have worked closely with physicians for 17 years and I can attest that only a few of them have the qualities that I myself look for in my quest to find a doctor to suit my needs. Dr. Rowan's approach to patient care is to put the individual first, not their insurance or payment. Every single time I was in his office, payment was the very last thing discussed and collected. The first time I met Dr. Rowan I had a terrible toothache and i experienced pain like I never have before. I knew before seeing him, that my options were bleak. I would either have to undergo a pricey root canal or have the tooth pulled. I have undergone several root canals in my lifetime all with different dentists, nonetheless Dr. Rowan took the time to explain my options to me in detail. (Honestly, I realized up until this point I never really knew what a root canal entailed). I made the decision to undergo an extraction of the painful tooth because I knew I could not afford a root canal. I asked what my future would hold considering that I had previously undergone an extraction of the same molar on the other side of my mouth. He informed me in a somber voice that I will need to start chewing my food with my front teeth, and because they aren't meant for that, they will eventually wear down, become lose, and one day fail. With this information and the severe pain I was in, I felt so overwhelmed with hopelessness that I began to weep. My new dentist came down to my level, put my hand in his hand and consoled me until I regained my composure. I was grappling with the life changing decision I was forced to make simply because I didn't have the money or the insurance to undergo the procedure that would save my tooth. I knew I could not wait a week until my paycheck would be available. I couldn't possibly go through another night like the one I had just endured. I have heard before that pain will not actually kill you, but it sure felt like I could die from it! The pain was that severe. I was prepped for the extraction, but after an intense examination of the tooth by Dr. Rowan, he discovered that my tooth was in fact more viable than he initially thought. He told me that he could not justify pulling a good tooth when there was a chance that it could be saved. He was willing to perform the root canal and allow me to pay him at a later date. I succumbed to tears for the umpteenth time that day, but this time I did not cry due to pain. This time I cried out of sheer gratitude. This is what true doctoring should always be: patients first. I am pleased to say I have not experienced pain since that day. I have since repaid my monetary debt to Dr. Rowan the following week. However, there remains an ongoing debt that cannot be repaid in cash or credit. It is a debt that I repay to him on a daily basis by helping others in the same kind and loving way that he helped me.

From the time you walk into Dr. Rowen's office, you know that you are going to be treated well. The staff welcomes you and helps you feel comfortable and the waterfall is soothing. It's a very hi-tech practice with all the latest pain free techniques - as well as keeping my records only a click away - which I like. Dr. Rowen is the ultimate pro technically and has great 'bed-side manner' as well. He even took the time to call me at night to make sure I was doing well. I would recommend Dr. Rowen to anyone who wants dental care that reaches the highest standards.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rowan's for more than 20 years. He is caring and extremely devoted to his patients. I've had a lot of work done and he made sure that I was always happy with the results. The staff is also great and very personable. They always try to make sure you have a good experience at every visit. I would not go anywhere else!
