The name Rox was derived from the middle syllable, or the heart, of West Roxbury.
We got started in 2007 with the idea that even a tiny breakfast shop could compete if given three special ingredients: Local artisan partners, culinary know-how, and genuine graciousness for the support of our work.
Since then we’ve added beer and wine, started serving dinner, and made so many friends. Please, ask for John or Paul if you stop by. We’d love to say hello!
