Great food. Friendly staff,  got 10 off from points earned. Store looked clean.
I just don't like smell of hand soap in bathroom.

I had an terrible experience last night and this morning at this restaurant. Last night I stopped there a little before 9:30 and went to the drive-thru and ordered dinner for me and my son. I ordered a 3 piece dark chicken only and a cheeseburger kids meal . The lady stated what would I like as a side with the meal. I stated to her that I want chicken only she said what did you want as a side. I just stated mashed potatoes and gravy because I was tired and hungry and was just tired of the back and forth. She gave me a total that will later change when I get to the window she stated that she rang me up for a two-piece instead of 3 piece chicken. When I told her about not listening to may order she was very frustrated and when she apologized and I paid her I thought the worst was done because we were there for about 15 minutes. I get home to find my order was totally wrong with 2 Breasts and a wing. I was very upset at the disregard for customer service that she will give me something different without asking me. If I wanted a Breast I would have ordered it so since I wanted 2 Thighs and a leg like I stated just know I had to go without a meal because that's not what I wanted. I went this morning to express to the manager on duty of my experience last night so had no regard in solving or trying to come up with a resolution on this matter due to that fact that Roy Rogers is not cheap and I was unhappy with how I was treated. This was the service I was given at this restaurant. Totally unhappy with the display because at the end of the day it was no regard if I ate or not just that they got my money.

Fast service, hot food, always fresh. I even have a favorite employee there. My go to for breakfast also at a reasonable price unlike BK and MCD's

Gotta love the friendly staff and consistent food of Roy's. Only problem is this one does not have Birch beer.
