I wish there were a category below poor-fair as Royal Cleansers has earned it for Royally screwing me. I DO NOT recommend this place to anybody, the owner is probably the most unprofessional business man I've ever encountered (or attempted to encounter). I recently brought a large item to Royal Cleaners at their Elm Street location for dry cleaning. The items was dropped off damage free, but was returned to be damaged. I've been trying for over a week to get in touch with management, I've left several phone messages and my calls are going unanswered. I DO NOT recommend this business; they have an F rating from the BBB and are not BBB accredited.

I am also new to this area and a friend mention Royal Cleaners was not bad. Unfortunately I went to the one on Elm St. with the assumption they are all the same. Wow was I wrong! The service there is sub par at best and the place smelled of smoke. After I got my shirts back, I noticed most of them were still dirty and or had new stains. Plus they all smelled like the person working there (smoke and disgusting perfume). I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and strongly encourage management to make serious changes.

This is the worst place ever. They ruined my clothes and refused to honer their policy that states they would pay 10x the amount. I would never ever go there. The only way I would recommend the place would be to my worst enemy. (and even then it would be iffy) The only nice thing I saw there was the woman working. She was at least nice.

They melted & burned holes in my leather coat. I took it in to have the sherling cleaned and they denied it was them!! They are terrible!!

(Tyler St.) My shirts would often come back dirty. I would wash then and the come out cleaner than if the washed them. On occasion, it appeared as though dirt from the ceiling of floor made it on to my shirts after they were pressed. When I asked we the shirts were still dirty I was told it was because I was wearing lotion.
